No banking data is stored by Audiomatt.studio. Payments are processed directly by Stripe, which acts as a GDPR-compliant data processor.

Data Retention Period

Data related to an order (name, email, order content, exchanged files) is kept for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship, then archived for the legally required retention period applicable to commercial documents (10 years, for accounting and tax purposes, in accordance with the French Commercial Code), before deletion or anonymization.
